Expect a fun, full-body blend of strength and cardio designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and boost energy. Beginner-friendly and scalable for all fitness levels—every movement has options so you can start where you are and progress with confidence.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

By registering for and/or participating in any program, class, event, or activity at the Hudson Sportsplex, including but not limited to PlexFit 45, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in physical activities, including but not limited to injury, illness, permanent disability, or death, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the premises or equipment.

I hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless BIG 3 Sports LLC and 31W290 Schoger LLC, including their owners, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation, including but not limited to claims based on negligence.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, or that I have consulted with a physician prior to participating.

I understand that by signing up, registering, and/or attending, I am agreeing to this waiver and release. This agreement is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
